Not been able to load current videos on Fire Stick

I have been able to watch the series "The Morning Show" using a Firestick. Recently I started getting a message that the video was not available to load and was further instructed to check my internet connection. I can however go back to older episodes of the series and they do load just fine. Any recommendations?

  1. Cold restart the Fire TV device,
  2. Check that Fire TV has the latest system software version available,
  3. Else try to reset the Apple TV app,
  4. Else try deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app; this would also ensure the latest version.


If the issue persists after that, then contact the Apple Support staff.
