Apple Music Carplay Shareplay Inoperable “ Connect “ button

I'm experiencing an issue with Apple Music on CarPlay where my partner receives a SharePlay notification. In the music app, the 'Connect' button in the pop-up window is inactive. It doesn't respond at all. However, if I scan the QR code and open it directly in Safari, it connects. Of course, if I play the music from within Safari, it works. If I go back to the Apple Music app, the SharePlay menu reappears and remains inactive. I've tried all the suggested solutions, but it hasn't been resolved.
