My iphone was stolen last March, i have not way to recover my AppleID account since then. I have get back my number and a new iphone but each time i tried to recover my account no confirmation is sent. i am desperate many professionnal files in it .
ps: i have created another account to be able to login in here.

If this has been going for ~seven months and that likely involving account recovery discussions directly with Apple, I’d assume this Apple ID is irrevocably lost.
If the thieves somehow acquired the passcode or the Apple ID credentials, that’s not recoverable. Not if the thieves are at all competent.
You will need to convince Apple you’re the legitimate owner and not somebody trying to hack their way into this Apple ID, not us. This is certainly not going to get resolved by us around here, if at all, ever—we just don’t have that access.
