My phone was stolen and now I have it back. The individual who stole its Apple ID is in my phone. She blocked me on all social media after I asked her to remove it from her Apple account. I took it into the store I purchased it from and they can’t help me either. What options do I have? This phone is worthless now

Your only option is to provide the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller to remove the Activation Lock. Apple does not get involved in third party sales, so a receipt from any other location would not be accepted.

If the thief put their Apple ID on it, that is Activation Lock. Only Apple can remove it if you have proof you bought it new, like a receipt with the serial or IMEI. If you do not have that proof, there is no way to unlock it. That is how Apple stops stolen phones from being reused.
Your best bet is to file a police report and take your proof of purchase to Apple. Avoid any “unlock” sites because they are scams.

If you have the original receipt for the phone that clearly shows you as the owner along with the model number and serial number of the phone, you might be able to get Apple to unlock the phone. Otherwise, no chance I am afraid.
