How to recover my hacked Apple ID?

Hacking your Apple ID cannot change your phone number. Your phone number is determined by the SIM card or eSIM, and has nothing to do with your Apple ID.

Apple has a support document for dealing with hacked Apple IDs→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support. But note that if you have a strong password and 2 factor authentication it is almost impossible to hack an Apple ID.

I provided a link that tells you what to do, and you even marked it as Best Answer.

When you followed the link in the Best Answer post, what did you see? As a reminder, a link on a web page is a way to open a new page with additional information. A Link is usually shown as blue text, and to open the new page position your mouse cursor anywhere within the blue text (the mouse cursor will turn into an hand) and click the left mouse button.  Let me try to make it perfectly clear:

I followed every single step posted, and then did it again. There is still an intruder in my phone changing things.

A have a passcode, 15 long password, Face ID, Two- Step Authorization AND Face ID.

This is AFTER I went to an Apple Store and they reset my phone

There is no intruder in your phone. If “things" are changing you can troubleshoot that as a local problem, confident that it isn’t some mysterious external force. What, specific “things” are changing?

I dont understand these people answering these posts on why they insists on these articles. If someone changed the phone number on your account, the answer is not there.

It is still mysterious how you can gain access back to your account if someone changed the phone number on your account.

What happened when you followed the instructions in the link in my previous post?

Posting in Russian on an English speaking forum is not going to help.
