Hello. My apple ID was hacked. How can I recover it? They changed the phne number (I dont know how). Now I cannot enter because they changed the password. I have used this account for more than ten years and have a lot of information about it.

I suggest you contact Apple. I have never had any issues with logging in so the provided instructions work for me.
Did you try account recovery? Did you click on the options in small blue letters? It is not an obvious thing but you should see word options to click on if you cannot provide requested information.
Thank you for your feedback. However I cannot understand how I can request ID recovery (without my phone because it was stolen). I have an access to phone data (serial number, previously used phone number, associated email, and my bank cards associated with the phone).
Try logging into your account on iCloud.com with your ID and start the recovery process there when it asks for your account information.
Thank you for you advice, however at the second stage it requests the phone number, and I don't have it.
I double checked it. All that it provides is on screenshot. There are no other options.
