My messages isn’t working

When I try to send a message it doesn’t go through

Follow this Support Article and reply back what you have tried and what is not working.

  • Does Messages show Waiting Activation?
  • Do you see a red exclamation point?
  • Can you receive messages?
  • Is it only with SMS Messages?
  • Do you see a Message Not Delivered Error?
  • Do you have Cellular Data turned on?
  • Do you have Send as SMS turned on in Settings for Messages?

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
