Apple Services deducted money via UPI mandate

Apple services has deducted amount from my account via UPI mandate, though I canceled the subscription in iTunes/Appstore subscriptions. I don't see the amount reflecting in my Apple fund balance as well. When I try submitting a request for refund, I don't see the app is eligible for refund.

I don't see any other alternate way to approach Apple to get the debited money refunded. Kindly help.
