Download All of iCloud:

Save a Few: If you wanted to, rather than upgrading your iCloud plan, you could export all of iCloud onto an external disk, trash iCloud storage, and then start iCloud anew. A. Where to Go to Upgrade:

If you want to change your iCloud Plan, then go here: iCloud+ Plans and Pricing - Apple Support.

B. Use a Computer:

Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.

C. Location Restrictions:

Note that not all countries/regions offer the service of upgrading an iCloud Plan. I lt is a negotiation between Apple and the federal government.

D. Perform New iCloud Sessions:

If already purchased, then log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?
