Phone dead, says its charging but isn't.
Phone is stuck on the screen where it tells me the battery is low and needs charging, but when I charge it it shows that its charging but it hasn't charged in 5 hours

Follow these steps:
- Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device.
- Restart your iPhone or iPod touch.
- Try a different USB cable or charger.
- Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
- Contact Apple Support to set up a service.
