AirPods Pro2 noise issue

I have been suffering from my left AirPods pro2 noise for a while. It sounds very uncomfortable. I brought it to local Apple support to do the testing but showing no issue both hardware and firmware And the staff told me she listened the noise as well. But what I was told to fix this issue is to pay and change the left AirPods Pro2. I am just wondering how can I fix it without paying for changing one. I use the AirPods carefully. But what if no hardware and firmware issue and design issue, why I should pay for extra fee…

Bro i am using Airpods Pro 2 Type C the new one and ever since i bought this when i send an audio message outdoor in a noisy enviornment the other person cant hear you anything

but there is no issue while making the call

i addressed this isaue in apple service centre they changed my airpods ( L & R )

but the issue still exist

i dont know how many of them have the same issue
