But, as you might know, iPhones sold for UAE market do not have FaceTime. That's why in my first reply I told you to talk to the UAE Apple store and ask them if they have in stock the model you prefer for another/YOUR country.

It is illegal to give or sell an iphone to anyone who intends to take it to Iran.

Apple does not do business in Iran. Iran is under international sanctions.

You can buy an iphone from any of the three supported carriers in Iraq. Do that. Do NOT buy an iphone from another country. The warranty is only valid in the country where the device is originally sold.

Ask the Apple UAE store technicians about that.

If FaceTime is available in your country, you can buy it online FROM your country (not from UAE).

They will when the country in Settings is changed to one other than the United Arab Emirates. Note that you'll likely be denied warranty service outside of it.
