I'd try to:

  • Turn all your devices off, printer included
  • Turn your modem-router off for at least 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn your modem-router back on, waiting for its complete autoconfiguration (it might take 4-5 minutes).
  • Turn your porinter back on, and make sure it's connected to your wifi network.
  • Turn your iPhone back on, make sure it's connected to your wifi network, then test AirPrint.

If the issue still persists, I recommend that you contact Epson support team, check your printer configuration and ask if they have a firmware update for your specific model.

Regards

Giulio

The Brother Epson WF-3720 is WIRE on LAN with a valid IP address.

I had the same issue.

Step 1: I reset the Network Settings in the Maintenance Menu of the Printer to Factory Default.

Step 2. I added a physical Ethernet LAN cable

Step 3: confirmed it had a valid IP address.

NOTE: I cannot get Double Sided to Print from the iPhone.

I can get single-sided to work only.

Then try a document and make it black & white and 1 page to test. Try the default IOS Notes App before you try a pdf.
