Mac Mini late 2018 Intel I7 Using windows 10 via bootcamp overheating

I have a Mac Mini 2020 M1 running as my primary MacOS machine, roughly 80% of all I do. Wonderful sweet spot of performance, cost, and size.

But for the Windows apps that I need to use, I purchased a Mac Mini Late 2018 with an Intel I7 chip and 32Gb of RAM. I have installed Windows 10 (the last supported Windows version for Boot Camp) via Boot Camp and it works well. My intention is to use Boot Camp as the startup OS and essentially use this last Intel Mac Mini as my exclusive Windows machine, and the M1 Mac Mini for all of my MacOS work.

I have only a few problems, the biggest of which is that this Mac Mini Late 2018 with the I7 CPU really runs hot running Windows 10. Too hot to the touch. I don't know where to get any Windows Utilities to troubleshoot the problem, nor do I know if this heat is a problem for the machine.

So what Windows application can I use to troubleshoot the problem and survey fan speeds on this Mac Mini and Boot Camp? Is this a problem about which I should be concerned?

Any help appreciated....

Thanks...Bill
