Apple Configurator iPhone: User Not Authorized

I am trying to manually enroll macs into our ABM so i can get them set up for new users. When i try to log in to my Apple Configurator app on my iPhone, after entering email and password and passing the two factor authentication I get a notification saying " User Not Authorized" Sign in with a Managed Apple ID that has the Device Enrollment Manager Role. I have used this Apple ID before to login with no problem. The Apple ID is a managed Apple ID and I Have the Administrator and Device Enrollment Role on my user.

Solution for me was to log out of my personal account on my iPhone (in Settings).

After I was signed out there, I was able to sign into Configurator.
