I recently changed my printer settings to print a picture, to the 4”x6” size. I changed all settings back to 8 1/2”x11” on the printer but every time I go to print something it shows on my phone that the paper size will be 4”x6” and I cannot change it. How to I fix that so I can normally print with AirPrint?
Hi! Thank you! I have this program installed and it has worked correctly every time, but, to air print, it always defaults to 4”x6” and I can’t find a way to correct it anywhere. It seems to be an AirPrint issue on my iPhone 14 Pro only. No issues like this on my iPad Air3.
So, unfortunately this provides no resolution to my problem on my phone. If I am browsing and come upon something I want to print, I have to screen shot it and then open Epson iPrint and select it from there to print it. It is a nuisance and I really would like to be able to print normally to 8 1/2x11.
Any more ideas??

Hi, these are my choices in the screenshot. Those choices are not available.
Strangely enough though, the issue has mysteriously gone away and the normal default 8 1/2”x11” choice is available. I have no idea why…

Paper format 8 1/2x11 is A4, right?
You need to tap Print Documents.
Try also Document Capture.
