Why did this happen?

So I bought the Hello Neighbor full game in like 2019. I stopped playing it for a little bit and then when I came back to playing it all my passes were gone. I never deleted the app or refreshed it. Please give me my full game back!

Game stop The Game Best Fiends just stops in the middle of a play. Sometimes it comes back up when I go in to access but sometimes it doesn't. It is really frustrating and I have purchased more perks but not able to take full advantage because the game stops on me. What can I do?????
