If you mean the payment method for your iTunes & App Store accounts (which is also the payment method for AppleCare+, iCloud+, and other services), follow these guidelines→If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support
If you have a payment method that is no longer valid you must add a new payment method, make it the primary, then delete the old payment method.
