Updated your payment info for what exactly?
For Apple Pay, if the credit card expired and was updated or had some other change made to its information, the Bank or card issuer should update it automatically in the Wallet App for Apple pay.
If the bank or card issuer, does not support this, you will need to remove the card from the Wallet app and add ir again to update its details.
