I can’t receive incoming calls from unknown callers, everything goes straight to voice mail and yes, I’ve tried every remedy listed for this problem on the internet…..help

We don't know what "remedies" that you have already tried.
We don't want to waste your time asking you to do things that you have already done, so could you please very briefly list the steps that you have tried so far?
Did "all" of the remedies include the suggestion from -Katana-San', Force Resetting your phone and working through things with your carrier?
If yes, the next step would be to erase your phone and then set it up again. No guarantees that this will help, but it is about the only thing left to do at this point.
Force Restart the phone. It's tricky. Follow the instructions very carefully. Ignore the slider to power off the phone and keep holding the Side button for another 15-20 seconds or more until the Apple logo appears.

All the remedies listed in being unable to accept incoming calls from unknown callers, turning off forwarding, blocking unknown calls, turning off do not disturb, accepting calls from everybody, turning off airplane mode, turning off Bluetooth …etc
Ok, just tried that and it didn’t work, I also just tried restarting my phone which also didn’t work and I’m about to try updating
Well updating didn’t work, I appreciate all the help, but not sure what to do now
I tried the force start but calls go directly to voice mail
