NameDrop Not working

I had bought an iphone 15 pro max on the 22nd of october in india from the apple store but on my device the namedrop feature isnt working wherein on the other devices in my family its working completely fine.

I had contacted apple support immediately as soon as I found this issue and they tried all the possible troubleshooting steps to resolve this and even performed diagnostic tests and collected my logs to isolate the issue. My apple support advisor from the senior technical team at apple had also asked for videos reproducing the issue and even after providing it to them multiple times they havent found the exact reason for this.

Apple had told me to wait for the next update and the next day iOS 17.1.1 came out and even after installing that update the issue still persists.

What other options do I have to get my issue resolved or get a new replacement phone as this is a new phone covered under warranty.

Having the same issue. Apple pay and namedrop do work since I got the phone. On IOS 17.1.1. Troubleshooted with 4 other devices and it worked between all of them but never mine. Contact page is set up properly with my number as well. Tested without case as well. Contact apple to diagnositics and replacement. Have another phone on hand if you can to test while they troubleshoot.
