Computer says not enough space for back up but i have a lot of space
I connect my iphone to my itunes in my pc. When i try to back up my iphone, it says not enough space to back up iphone and i should free up space. I have a lot of space for sure

iTunes is only looking at the free space on the system drive, typically C:\. Many new computers may have a relatively small system drive, and a larger drive for your data, making it easier to reinstall Windows should the need arise. If that isn't the issue then it is possible that an existing backup set is corrupt in someway leading to an error. I also seem to a suggestion once that implied that iTunes might only be getting the low order bits for the free space, so paradoxically adding more data to the drive enabled a threshold to be crossed and iTunes to then see the drive as having the required space.
