Retrieving deleted photos after deleting them in deleted album

It appears that you are asking if you can restore photos that have been removed from the Recently Deleted Album.

The answer would be "no". The photos are gone unless you backed them up separately to another device.

Troubleshooting Deleted Photos:

Loss of data is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account. So, if the following does not work, then they are gone. That's just the way it is :(

Nope. That's the thing about permanently deleting things. They are permanently deleted.
