There is an iPhone 15 Pro that was scheduled to arrive until yesterday. I checked the status this morning and it says "Your refund is on the way". I don't know why, anyone have any experience with this?

Verify the Source is Legit:
Where do you see this? An eMail? A Text Message? Or Hard Copy?
Verify the Sender. If it is not of the apple.com domain, then it is a scam.
Have you contacted Apple directly to find out what is going on? They would be able to tell you (or whenever you purchased the phone from).
