Is neon color on screen is one of the bugs in iOS 17?
It's happened in my Xs, neon color appears on the screen and drain the battery of my phone. Kinda like it's have notifications but its don't have. How do I fix it?

Provide a Screenshot:
This may be a hardware error. But, before making that assertion, trash a screenshot. So, what happens when you take a screenshot? Do you still see this error? If so, then it is a setting from within the iOS. If so, then it is a hardware error.
