I’ve lost all of my notes

I went to find something in my notes, only for all of my notes to have disappeared. I didn’t delete them and I’ve done everything I’ve been told to online. I have no folders, including a recently deleted folder. I’ve restarted my phone, done the accounts through settings, refreshed the app. I don’t think I have updated my phone recently.
