account has been disabled so I cannot add payment method how do I correct

I am trying to add a payment method on my apple account on my phone. I changed CC. It will not let me because it says my account has been disabled. How do I fix this?

iPhone 13, iOS 17

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
