Where are templates in pages 13.2
I can't find the user templates folder in Ventura, they are not in the iWork container. Any one advise please?

The templates are in My Templates of the Template Chooser. Unlike Pages '09, you cannot create sub-folders in the current Pages templates folder and if you want to rename or remove one of your own custom templates from the My Templates category, you right-click on that specific template and make your choice.
In Finder, press shift+cmd+G for Go To Folder and copy/paste the following and then press return. That will open a new Finder window on your current Pages template folder which really isn't meant for direct user access:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iWork.Pages/data/Library/Application Support/User Templates
