Feature request: Manually set stopping charge threshold

I have an iPhone SE v2 which its iOS was updated today to version 17.1.1 and (still) no such of option exists.

For some reason, the "optimized battery charging" doesn't work, eider by using an Apple charger, a laptop, a computer or the car (CarPlay). Same happens on my iPhone SE v1 with iOS 15.8. On both I never saw them to stop charging at 80 %.

Since I know when I need 100 % of battery, having an option to limit charging to a specific percentage (iPhone 15 has the static 80 % limit) would be great, particularly while using car Play. Even better would be to set custom stop/start charging thresholds as I do in the laptops I have since 2007, so it wouldn't constantly charge that missing 1 % of battery capacity (or more).
