App Store is coming up blank on my macbook air 2015 with Monterey. I'm trying to download an app for a new printer

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi
