Personal hotspot out of range

I can connect my iPad and my Macbook Pro to my personal hotspot on iPhone 14 Max, but can't connect to my Garmin Tread SXS. I get an out of range message. I can attempt to connect under this message, but it just returns to the connect or disconnect screen.

I have connected previously via the wifi settings on the Tread, but lately it doesn't even show up on the list of available connections.

Where do I go from here?
