Can I migrate Google Drive to iCloud?

I have all Apple devices and would like to migrate Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive to iCloud. Is this even an option. I preveously used Windows with Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.

iCloud drive and Mac storage I have 512GB storage on my Macbook Pro. It's almost full. I want to buy a less expensive Macbook Air with 256GB. If I turn on iCloud Drive on my old computer and wait for everything to sync to iCloud, can I then replace my old Pro with the new Air...or will I lose data?
