Unknown charge on my account

I remember apple was trying to take 10.90 away from my prepaid greenlight card an I didn't have enough money so it didn't go through. BUT THEY RECENTLY STOLE the 10 dollars from me when I received 20 dollars and then they took away two more dollars from me!

Apple does not steal money.

Any charges made by Apple, require you to have done something to initiate them. And at that point you are legally responsible for them.

Also, charges that do not get successfully charged, will remain in pending state on your account, until they can be successfully charged to you.

If you add funds to your payment method, and Apple can then charge it, Apple will try to charge as much of the pending payments as it can.

Once they successfully complete, you can request a refund for them if you didn't really want them.

Also note, Apps you download with free trials will normally renew into paid recurring subscriptions unless you manually cancel them more than 24 hours before they are set to renew.

Check all your purchases, and if you are the organizer in a Family Sharing group, or share your card with anyone, check their accounts as well for any charges you see that you can't identify.
