I am trying to share my Apple News+ subscription with my wife, and I texted her the Family Share link to "join" the family. When she clicked the link, she received a message that says we have to be in the same country and region ... and we are in the same country and region. How do I fix this?
You may physically be in same country, but your Apple IDs also need to be set to the same country to join Family Group.
Verify her Apple ID is set to the same country as yours by following the steps in the support document linked below.
