Callers cannot hear me during calls but I can hear everything on their end perfect. Help?

For the past week my callers have not been able to hear me during a call. I can hear them perfectly clear just, on their end there is complete silence.

However, when I call on WhatsApp or any other service it works perfectly fine - just normal calls not working

My sound drops out during calls iPhone8 i have an iPhone8. i can make standard calls however, at some point during the call, the other person all of a sudden can’t hear me. This may be just for a few seconds or may continue and I have to hang up and call back. If I call using WhatsApp Messenger Snapchat etc the other person cannot hear me at all so I can’t use these apps. The problem started about 3 weeks ago. Any ideas?
