MacBook printing images in middle of the paper

I have not been able to get my 2018 MacBook to print images in the upper left corner of the paper. Images always print in the middle of the paper. There is no way to change the settings in the Print(er) settings. It is not only one printer. I have had three different printers (HP and Epson). This must be a MacBook, iPad, and iPhone issue.

This is a waste of paper and driving me crazy. Any insight?

That's how the System and Photos does it. It puts them in the middle of the paper.

If you want to put a photo on a paper, resize it any size you want and place it in any location add the photo to a Pages blank page. You can then click on the image, resize and then drag ti to wherever you want like this:

With that or an image editor that supports layers where you can move one layer in relation to another.
