Have you tried downloading the driver directly from the nVidia website?

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/cuda/418_163/macosx-cuda-418_163-driver/



website says macOS 10.13 is supported:

  • CUDA driver update to support CUDA Toolkit 10.1 Update 1 and macOS 10.13.6
