My old iPhone got lost it’s the same number but I got a new iPhone and I can’t transfer the stuff over from the original one to this new one

From your backup, Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support if you don't have one you can only recover data that you've synced with icloud or your mail account.
Sign in to both and turn back on whatever data you had synced.
