Lingering DeltaWiFi.com login

I am having an issue where the deltaWiFi.com login comes up when I try to switch WiFi networks. I have flown in the past and it connects just fine. But I am now home and have been for a few months, when I try to switch to a different network, my iPhone shows delta WiFi.com as the network I’m trying to sign into. Routinely after I’ve selected the network I want to sign into from the list, it changes the name once the login pop up is displayed. I can then reselect the network I want and it will sign in fine. The deltawifi network is not shown in my list of known networks, so I can forget it. Any thoughts? iPhone 14 pro max on iOS 17.
