Hey I Have Spent Over 150 dollar on earbuds why do you don’t release the app on App Store

Apple doesn't own Samsung. Nor could they possibly release an app for products made by Samsung. That would be up to Samsung to make, not Apple.
Have you contacted Samsung for help with their earbuds?
That said, I found this app in the App Store, which appears to be for Samsung Galaxy Earbuds --> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/samsung-galaxy-buds/id1491433898
You do have to own an iPhone capable of running at least iOS 10.
