Netflix not working on Apple TV.

Movies take several minutes to load and pixelates or stops while buffering. Using the standard service with 2 devices. I'm on ethernet to router with download of 450 and 35 upload. I have the Apple TV 4K and an another 1080P, problem is on both. No problem on MacBook with Intel and iPad Air 4th gen. All other streaming services work perfectly on Apple TV. Spent 1 hour with Netflix customer support and went through all their troubleshooting procedures...nothing worked. From what I've seen on the internet, this is a big problem with Apple TV and not other streaming devices. Could this be a problem with the Apple TV processor, or does Netflix have a competitive issue with Apple TV in general? Can anyone offer a suggestion, or do I just cancel Netflix?

Netflix is working fine for me, on Apple TV 4K (1st generation) [A1842], with tvOS 17.1. 🤷‍♂️

No pixelation, no buffering.
