Unable to remove Tesco Clubcard from Apple pay

Hey guys,

Currently my Apple Pay shows 5 cards, 1 of them being my Tesco Clubcard.

however I no longer use my Tesco Clubcard and want to remove it.

the problem: when I go to settings > Apple Pay > the Tesco Clubcard does not appear, so I cannot remove it.

i think this could be something to do with Tesco as they have discontinued the Tesco Clubcard app

however asking on Apple forums as I have something on an Apple device I can’t remove (note: I removed the Tesco Clubcard app but the card remains on Apple Pay..)
