Where is the iMessage "chat.db" on iCloud?

My iMessage app on the Mac shows all the message history, but I cannot find the corresponding "chat.db" that has all those texts.

The "chat.db" that is on my Mac's ~/user/messages only has a few texts but not all the ones that show up in the iMessage app on the Mac.

I therefore think I need to get the "chat.db" file that is apparently in iCloud, but I cannot find it. In fact, I cannot find any files in iCloud that applications store.

So, how do I get the database with all my chats?

Where is it?

My goal is to download the entire message history via the "chat.db" SQL Lite database.
