I have a problem with the app Audacity

Hello. I have a problem with the app Audacity. I paid- of course ny moneys was accepted! yes, that app repairs my audio format m4a. but not like was expected!!!!! it has a lot of missing minutes- almost not repaired! this is not for what I paid! than- please REPAIR MY MONEYS BACK! THAT SOFTWARE IS NOT CHEAP, AND YOU DID NOT ANSWER THE EXPECTATIONS WHICH YOU MADE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE IS WRITTEN ABOUT IT! I AM WAITING FOR YOUR ANSWER ON MY EMAIL:

So what ever you paid for it wasn’t Audacity. Sounds like you got scammed. And of course Audacity is not an Apple product and Apple does not provide support for it. You need to contact whomever you purchased it from.

Can you link to what you purchased. As noted, the actual Audacity app is free and not available on the Mac App Store. You should contact the source of what you purchased.
