i have the 15 pro max and every time I go somewhere without cellular signal and then after a while the signal is back my phone asks to input the pin for the SIM card .
First the a welcome message from the carrier appears and then I must put the pin

nope definitely not an Apple, iphone or software issue, your sim card and sim password is a phone carrier feature.
Call them back and speak to someone higher up.

Report it to your cellular data provider.
