Finder Freeze

I have 3 finder windows still open and I cannot close them. The Red, Orange and green bottoms are not working, they are gray.

I not able to open a pdf from my desktop, uploaded as an attachment in an email or as a message in WhatsApp.

Somebody can help me?

Go to the Apple on the menu bar > select Force Quit > Select Finder > click Relaunch.

If that doesn’t help, restart the iMac.
