Apple Wallet Account Restricted

Says " You already have another verified Apple Cash Account. You can spend this balance or transfer it to a bank".....i have tried all other apple accounts and can't find the verified Apple cash account.

Apple Cash Restrictions I've contacted both my bank and apple cash support multiple times. No internet searches are helping either and I'm finding this problem to be ridiculous. My Apple cash account has been restricted my Bank says theres nothing they can do and apple customer supprt has said the same. Can i just disable my apple id and then set up anew apple id to get rid of trhe restrictions. If some can restrict an account then it should be able to be reversed regardless.

Why is my apple cash account permanently restricted? How can I undo this? My Apple Cash was “permanently restricted” according to Apple support and there was nothing they could do. Why could this happen? How did this happen? If my account was under review why wasn’t I told? If they think there’s fraud why wasn’t I told? I used Apple Cash regularly and this really messes with me. How can I get this undone?
