How to turn off auto correct in Mail

Very annoying that Mail corrects proper names unnecessarily. Can this be turned off?

iMac 24″, macOS 14.1

You can turn off auto correct by using the Mail application drop down options Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Correct Spelling Automatically

*I am using Mac OS 12 Monterey, and these options may be different in Ventura or Sonoma.

Thanks David. Actually I found the solution soon after posting my question. I'd been confused by the changes between different operating systems but finally got there.
