When I send an email from the iCloud account the name is misspelled. I have checked the Name under iCloud Apple ID, personal information, which is correct. I have also checked the contact card under Contacts and the info there is correct as well.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Mail > Addresses > [your address] and change Full Name. It should have been reflected when you updated it on iCloud.com but sometimes it doesn't (or it's slow.)

Go to iCloud.com, open Mail, click the gear icon, choose Settings, select Account in the sidebar, click your Primary Address and edit your name.
If you do not see the gear icon, tap "< Mailboxes" (top left). That will bring you to the list of mailboxes and you'll see the gear icon (top center).
6x6, I check there and it was what I updated on the web version. I did another test email and it worked. Guess it was just slow to update.

Your email address and contact name is exactly the same the only differences there is no space between alphabets in email , once an Apple ID or mail address is created you can't alter it , however there is space between first and last name , its better to create a different name other than your email address , you can edit the name click on save , finally on done .
Also, I did a test email again.
If sent from the phone I get the misspelled name.
If sent from the web app I get the correct name as pictured in my previous reply above.
I had already done this as well, that did not fix the problem.
Here are pics of the name being displayed in the email and how it is set in the primary email section.
tygb the name is misspelled. It shows Pilit instead of Pilot.
Can't figure out where in the systems it is wrong.
