Why is my Apple ID disabled and I am not able to create a new one?
I am not able to purchase any app or update any nor I can add my payments method. Plus they are saying that my id is disabled in both App Store and iTunes.
There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
